Tiny Dimples is pleased to now offer $5.95 on all orders. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Some of our products are shipped with a signature requirement upon delivery. If you have any questions or if you would like to inquire about whether your order will require a signature for delivery, please contact our customer care department.
*$5.95 flat rate is for ground shipping only. Certain items, such as larger furniture pieces, which are bulky and heavy, require extra care may incur a Delivery Surcharge, in addition to the appropriate charge outlined above.
P.O. Boxes
Many of our products are custom orders and ship direct from the designer. Some designers will not ship to a P.O. Box, so it is best to provide a physical location address when placing an order. When we receive an order with a P.O. Box as the only address, we will attempt to contact you for your physical address. If we are unable to contact you, we will have the item shipped to our location and then we will ship it to your P.O. Box address. This will incur an additional shipping charge. If we are unable to charge the additional shipping, your order will be placed on hold until we hear from you.
International Orders
***International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above. If you are placing an order for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states, please email first for a shipping quote. Orders placed without requesting a shipping quote will be shipped via the most economical means and you will see a separate charge for the actual shipping. At this time we are unable to arrange for freight shipments of large furniture items outside of the 48 contiguous states. Please note, that any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be billed to you directly, and are the responsibility of the customer. Tiny Dimples does not collect money on your behalf for duties and taxes.

Refunds & Exchanges TOP
Tiny Dimples is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt of the item. Simply email us within 30 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Personalized, custom designed furnishings and all other "custom made" items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date.
- Returned furniture items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping & handling charges. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Our online shop operators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our shipping and receiving hours are from 9 am - 5 pm EST Monday - Friday.
How Do You Keep Your Prices so Low? TOP
Our goal is to offer you, our customer, the highest quality items at the lowest price. We accomplish this in several ways.
Most of our items are shipped directly from our vendors to you. This saves on the cost of having the items shipped to us and then shipped to our customers upon order. This reduces our carbon footprint (think green!) and cuts down on shipping costs. This also allows us to operate out of a relatively small facility as opposed to a huge warehouse.
More then 90% of our products are made/produced in the USA. This saves on the cost of having the items shipped overseas to us and then shipped to our customers upon order. This also helps the economy and helps create more jobs here in the USA.
We continually search for the most talented Mom produced items on the market. It is our goal to support families and small business owners.
