Return policy:
Our product quality and customer satisfaction is important to us. All items are inspected before leaving our hands. In the event that something happens during shipping, we will accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return if we are notified within 3 days of delivery. Please phone or email us at info@tinydimples.com or 203-364-8349. We will be happy to arrange a replacement, refund, or credit.
If you have a return for another reason, full refunds (less shipping fees) will be issued, or a store credit, if the merchandise is returned in its original condition, including packaging, within 30 days. (Please note: Custom or personalized orders are not returnable unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our end). Please be sure to include your name/phone #/email/credit card #/ reason for return and whether you would like to exchange (which we prefer) or receive a credit.
